Jack in the Box – National restaurant leasing
Center Investments recently represented three different Landlords for two separate locations ground leased to Jack in the Box corporate. The first was at 5th and Chelan in Wenatchee and the second ground lease is completed but is yet to be constructed.

East Wenatchee Jack in the Box
Center Investments, Inc. handled all the acquisition, leasing and development for the new Jack in the Box in East Wenatchee. We first controlled the property, a former Maid O Clover, and then put together an ownership group including members of Eastpoint Plaza, the shopping center which surround the pad. We guided that group through numerous false starts with Starbucks, banks and other users, handled tank closure, aquired additional property, negotiated recipricol easements, handled the lease with Jack in the Box and bought out a tenant. The culmination of this three year project resulted in the recent opening of Jack in the Box.
